• guest bedroom

• deck and patio area, when seasonally appropriate

Let’s showcase potential

Our design strategy is to showcase the property's potential in a neutral, non personal way to help buyers visualize themselves in the space. To stage a vacant home we rent furnishings, soft goods and decor pieces to fill empty spaces and build out the rooms to fit our design plan.

Occupied Staging

Decluttering is key

For occupied homes, we try to use as much of the home owners existing furniture as possible, using careful edits and adding additional soft goods and decor items if needed. Prior to staging, it is important to declutter and depersonalize the spaces so that the home can be presented at its best.

Rental Staging

Ideal for AirBnb and vacation rentals

Catching the viewer’s eye is important. What potential renters see on a website will impact their decision. We will create a redesign plan for your home that is designed to attract potential renters to your listing.
